Think of us as the bridge between the start of the Highland region on Arran, which is a convenient day trip away, and our own historic, rich and distinctive award winning region of Campbeltown, leading on to the region of Islay and Jura.

Campbeltown is well-known for producing high-quality, rich, full-bodied whiskies with a maritime character. Recently, the Glen Scotia 25-Year-Old won ‘Best in Show’ at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, not bad for the once Victorian whisky capital of the world!

We’re within walking distance of the three distilleries in Campbeltown. Mitchell’s Glengyle (for Kilkerran), Glen Scotia and last but not least, Springbank with its amazing end to end tour. Add the oldest independent bottlers in Scotland, Cadenhead and your whisky visit to Campbeltown is both memorable and convenient!

Once you’ve spent a few days here, a short forty five minute drive gets you to the Islay ferry to continue your whisky journey.
